Role: Senior MERN Stack & DSA Engineer
We are seeking a strong Full-Stack MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Engineer with solid foundations in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). In this role, you will architect responsive web apps, design scalable backend microservices, optimize database schemas, and solve non-trivial algorithmic challenges.
Top 5 Core Skills Required:
1. React.js & Frontend Architecture: React 18+, hooks, state management (Redux/Zustand/Context), performance optimization (virtualization, memoization, code-splitting), and component architecture.
2. Node.js & Express.js Backend: Event loop mechanics, asynchronous non-blocking patterns, RESTful API design, middleware pipelines, error handling, rate limiting, and scalability.
3. MongoDB & Database Engineering: Document schema design (embedding vs referencing), indexing strategies (compound, multikey), aggregation pipelines, query optimization, and transaction handling.
4. Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA): Strong problem solving in arrays, strings, hash maps, linked lists, trees, graphs, searching/sorting, and time/space complexity analysis (Big-O notation).
5. Fullstack Integration, Security & Performance: JWT/OAuth authentication, CORS, security best practices (XSS, CSRF, NoSQL injection prevention), API caching (Redis), and end-to-end integration.
