Terms & Conditions of Service

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and usage of the GoAirM talent evaluation, skill assessment, and AI recruitment platform operated by Xentic AI Workforce Pvt. Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Agreement
By registering an account, submitting an application, posting a hiring requisition, scheduling an interview, or otherwise utilizing the GoAirM platform (“Platform”), you (“User”, “Candidate”, or “Employer”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”), together with the Privacy Policy of Xentic AI Workforce Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
If you are accepting this Agreement on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Services Provided by GoAirM
GoAirM is an intelligent recruitment orchestration and skill validation platform that provides:
- Multi-dimensional adaptive candidate assessments across technical, behavioral, and cultural domains.
- Verified benchmark generation, resume parsing, and objective candidate-to-job matching.
- Structured sequential multi-round interview scheduling with multi-interviewer panel coordination.
- Enterprise governance, corporate domain authorization, and immutable hiring audit logs.
3. Candidate Terms & Protections
- 100% Free for Candidates: Profile registration, skill assessments, benchmark verification, direct job applications, and interview scheduling are completely free of charge for candidates. Xentic AI Workforce Pvt. Ltd. never charges candidates any fees for job placement.
- Assessment Integrity: Candidates agree to complete technical evaluations independently without fraudulent assistance, third-party proxies, or deceptive practices.
- Accurate Profile Representation: Candidates warrant that information submitted regarding total experience, Current CTC (CCTC), Expected CTC (ECTC), and Notice Period is accurate and truthful.
4. Employer Terms & Commercial Policy
- Performance Success Model: Zero upfront subscription or posting fees. Employers only pay a success placement fee equal to 10% of the candidate's first-year annual compensation package upon the candidate's official offer acceptance and joining.
- Corporate Email Domain Requirement: Employer registration requires an active, verified corporate email domain. Public webmail services (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo) are not authorized for employer accounts.
- Payment Terms: Invoices issued by Xentic AI Workforce Pvt. Ltd. upon verified placement are due within 30 days of candidate onboarding (Net-30).
- Replacement Guarantee: In the event a hired candidate voluntarily departs or is terminated for cause within 90 days of joining, Xentic AI Workforce Pvt. Ltd. provides a priority replacement candidate at zero additional charge.
5. Intellectual Property & Benchmark Data
All software, AI evaluation models, adaptive scoring algorithms, UI designs, benchmark frameworks, trademarks, and documentation comprising GoAirM remain the sole exclusive property of Xentic AI Workforce Pvt. Ltd. Users may not decompile, reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract platform code or proprietary questions.
6. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
Candidate resume dossiers, compensation benchmarks, and interview evaluations are strictly confidential. Employers agree not to disclose candidate data to third parties without prior authorization. Detailed information regarding data collection, processing, and storage is provided in our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing Law & Legal Notices
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
