Role Requirements

Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) — P0 Core Priority: Strong data structure fundamentals, algorithmic optimization for 60fps mobile UI rendering, and memory leak prevention.
3–5 years of experience in mobile application development.
Strong hands-on experience with React Native.
Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of React and component-based development.
Experience working with REST APIs.
Good understanding of mobile performance and debugging.
Experience with Android and iOS development through React Native.
Hands-on experience managing production releases for both Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Comfortable using Git and working with an engineering team.
Ability to independently take a feature from development to release.
Good to have: Expo, push notifications and deep linking, native modules for Android and iOS, Firebase, Fastlane, Node.js/backend APIs, B2B SaaS.

Core Mandatory Priority (P0) — Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)

Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) is a strict P0 requirement for Tripare. Candidates must demonstrate solid data structure foundations (arrays, trees, hash tables, event queues), state machines, and algorithmic optimizations for 60fps mobile rendering and memory efficiency.

About the role

We’re looking for a React Native Developer to work on Tripare’s mobile experience. You’ll be working closely with the product and backend teams to build new features, improve existing ones and make sure the application performs well across devices. This role involves the complete mobile development cycle — development, API integration, debugging, performance improvements and app releases.

What you’ll be doing

Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
Own app release management, including builds, signing, store submissions and phased releases for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Build reusable components and keep the mobile codebase maintainable.
Conceptual clarity of TypeScript.
Integrate REST APIs and work closely with backend developers.
Convert product and design requirements into working mobile features.
Work on application performance, stability and responsiveness.
Debug issues across Android and iOS devices.
Implement features such as authentication, notifications and deep linking where required.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Work with product and design teams to improve the overall mobile experience.
Build and maintain mobile CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Fastlane for automated build and release workflows.
Monitor and fix issues after releases.
