  • Monitor DSO and work proactively on overdue payments and bad debt.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital, including supplier payments, deposits, credit lines and float.
  • Own GST for the travel business, including B2B invoicing, place-of-supply, ITC reconciliation, GSTR-2B and GST credit notes.
  • Manage TDS, TCS on overseas travel and income-tax requirements.
  • Coordinate statutory and internal audits, ROC/secretarial compliance and FEMA requirements wherever applicable.
  • Build budgets, monthly MIS and business-level unit economics such as take rate, cost to serve and margin per client.
  • Set up finance systems, approval processes and controls, including ERP and automated reconciliation workflows.
  • Work with the tech team to improve finance automation and reporting.
  • Support fundraising activities, including financial models, data-room preparation and due diligence.
  • Build and manage a small accounts/finance team of 2–4 people.
